How much does my treatment cost?
The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our dentist and staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. Most orthodontic cases that we treat are in the $5500 to $8500 range, and this fee includes 1 set of clear retainers (you may purchase additional sets of retainers at the end of treatment at a significant discount).
Can I use my orthodontic insurance benefits?
Yes! We accept assignment of benefits from your insurance provider, and submit all claims on your behalf.
Some people have orthodontic coverage included in their overall dental benefit package. It’s considered separate from regular Basic and Major dental benefit categories, and typically has a one-time usage clause, and provides ~$1500-3000 of benefit coverage that goes towards your orthodontic treatment.
The amount of insurance coverage available may be less if you’ve ordered new removable retainers or had repairs or new lower wire retainers made in the past while covered under the same plan. Note that some plans only provide orthodontic coverage for patients under 18 years of age.
Orthodontic insurance benefits do not cover the full treatment fee - think of it like a gift card, where there would still be a portion of the treatment fee that you would pay out of pocket. We offer a variety of payment options for this portion, which are discussed below.
What are my payment options?
We get it. Orthodontic treatment isn’t cheap. It’s a lifetime investment that can play a huge role in your oral health and self confidence. This is why we offer a variety of payment options:
- Pay in full at the start of treatment (for patients without orthodontic benefits)
- This is popular due to a generous bookkeeping fee reduction we offer, plus it’s a chance to earn a large sum of credit card points at once (or you can pay by cash or debit).
- Down payment plus monthly payments with ZERO percent interest
- A very popular option. We build out a custom plan that fits your budget, and can adjust the down payment depending on how fast you want to begin your treatment. Check out the payment calculator below for a rough estimate! *valid credit card required*
- 3rd party financing through LendCare
- The best option for lower monthly payments, however this option does charge interest.
