While we do our best to verify your insurance coverage before your visit, due to privacy reasons, the following insurance carriers will not provide us with detailed and specific information pertinent to dental coverage for any of their covered members.

While we do accept assignment of benefits from these companies, please understand that any undisclosed clauses invoked by insurance companies that result in underpayment or nonpayment will be billed back to the patient/policyholder.
